A little help, when you need it
Arrival Studio support

Get started in three steps
- Open Arrival Studio in Shopify. Refresh store information and confirm preparation times, transit times, working calendars, timezone, destinations, origin and shipping-method assumptions.
- Choose your widget design and check the simulator. Save a draft, then review and explicitly publish it.
- Open the theme editor, add the Arrival Studio delivery app block to a compatible product section, or the cart delivery app block to a compatible cart section. You can also enable the floating delivery product-page embed. Save the theme, check saved placement in the app, then inspect the actual storefront estimate. Publish the intended theme separately if you are editing a draft theme.
Why no date is showing
Check that a widget is published, its destination and product targeting match, the app block is enabled, and its plan allowance is active. Missing availability dates for preorders, unknown shipping context, conflicting rules or unavailable configuration can cause the widget to hide rather than display an invented date. Selling-plan schedules require an explicitly confirmed availability override.
Editing and rollback
Saving a draft does not change the storefront. Publish after reviewing its dates and assumptions. Historical publications are immutable; restoring a previous version creates a new publication. A stale-edit message means another window saved a newer revision. Reload it before continuing.
AI and privacy
Optional assistance requires sharing consent, a supported plan and remaining quota. You can inspect proposals before applying them to a draft. Publication is always separate. Manual setup remains available when AI is disabled. See our privacy policy and terms.
Compatibility
Storefront placement uses Shopify theme app extensions. App blocks require a compatible Online Store 2.0 section. Estimates use the confirmed origin’s civil calendar and do not represent a recipient-local delivery timestamp, live carrier tracking or a checkout delivery guarantee. If your shipping model or theme cannot supply the necessary context, use supported placement and explicit assumptions, or leave the estimate hidden.
