Terms of service
These terms govern use of Arrival Studio, operated by ECOMMLIST. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. Questions may be sent to ecommlist@gmail.com.
The service
Arrival Studio lets Shopify merchants configure estimated delivery dates, design storefront widgets, simulate rules and request optional AI assistance. Dates are estimates based on merchant-approved settings and available context. The app does not book shipments, track parcels, make carrier guarantees or establish your actual fulfillment capacity. Checkout rates alone do not establish transit times.
Merchant responsibilities
You must be authorized to manage the connected store and to use the information you provide. Confirm processing times, calendars, fulfillment origins, destinations, shipping methods and product availability before publishing. Review all AI suggestions and supporting evidence. Keep promises consistent with your policies and actual operations. Do not submit secrets, unnecessary customer data, unlawful content or another merchant’s private information. You remain responsible for sales, fulfillment, customer communications and compliance with applicable law.
Plans and billing
Available plans, prices, quotas and trial terms are displayed in the app and Shopify’s hosted plan-selection flow. Paid subscriptions are approved and billed through Shopify. Upgrade, downgrade and cancellation behavior follows the terms shown there. The Free plan remains available subject to its resource limits. Downgrades preserve saved configuration; features and published resources outside the new allowance may become unavailable. AI allowances reset by UTC calendar month and do not roll over. Request deduplication can reuse an unchanged result without another model call.
AI and availability
AI assistance is optional and can be unavailable because of provider outages, quota or operating-budget limits. Model output can be incomplete or inaccurate. AI cannot publish, change billing, execute code or access arbitrary networks. Manual configuration and deterministic date calculation do not depend on an AI response. Features may be changed or suspended to maintain reliability or address abuse. No uninterrupted availability or particular commercial result is promised.
Your content and our software
You retain rights to your store content and configurations. You grant us permission to process them to operate the features you request. ECOMMLIST retains rights to Arrival Studio’s software, branding and original assets. Shopify and third-party marks remain their respective owners’ property.
Ending use and support
You may stop using the service by unpublishing widgets or uninstalling the app. Manage subscription changes through Shopify’s hosted billing interface. Data retention and deletion are described in the privacy policy. Contact support with the store domain and a description of the issue; do not send passwords, API secrets or customer information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed accuracy, and ECOMMLIST is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate merchant inputs, carrier delays, third-party outages or unreviewed AI suggestions. These terms do not limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal obligations. The effective date appears above. Material pricing changes are handled through Shopify’s applicable billing and notice mechanisms.
